He is a former collegiate writing instructor and semi-professional football player. His experiences provide readers with well researched, crushing fast-paced action.
In addition to several novels, David has penned two screenplay adaptations from his work. A stageplay, drawn from the short story, The History of West Texas According to Henry Brass, is scheduled for production soon.
A New York transplant to Florida, David lives with two vocal writing critics – his parakeets, Amy & Elvis. Apart from writing, he has a growing passion for golf and loves black and white movies.
